To maintain the quality and standards of our community 🏡✨, all owners and residents must complete a screening application 📄 for Board approval before moving in.

After approval ✅, all adult applicants are required to attend a screening interview 👥 with the Board of Directors.

Interviews are scheduled on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 7:00 PM 🗓️🕖.
